Catch a wave and earn Vitality points at Surf Emporium

Surf’s up! Heading to Cape Town this holiday season? From now until 31 December 2017, you can book a surf or stand-up paddle (SUP) lesson through Surf Emporium at Muizenberg Surfers Corner, and log your surf or SUP workout once you’re done. As a Vitality member, you can earn up to 100 points per surf or SUP session per day, if you are a Surf Emporium member or have booked a surf or SUP lesson.

Here’s how:

• Head to Surf Emporium or go to the website.
• Book a surf or SUP lesson with Surf Emporium, South Africa’s leading surf school.
• Grab a Discovery Vitality surf board and hit the waves!
• Once you’re out the water, log your workout on the Vitality iPad Application in Surf Emporium and earn up to 100 Vitality points.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a pro on the board or if you just want to try something different – everyone’s welcome.
