New services launched for Vitality Clients

To all our valued clients Here is an opportunity to have your wellness appointment in the comfort of your own home or office. You can now arrange your wellness appointment at your home or office for a travelling fee of between R50 – R250 depending on your area and the time of day/weekend. They will be able to do the following: Health check/HIV (12 000 – 17000 points, free for members on Discovery Health, if not on Health R275pp.)  Vitality Fitness assessment (2500 – 7500 points, R265 pp) Can be claimed from your savings account  Nutrition assessment (5000 points, R340 pp) Can be claimed from your savings account  We have credit card facilities  We will also help you with completing your online assessments (if needed).  To book your appointment, e-mail sonjajo@ic.discovery.co.za or contact her on 021 975 3199 with available dates and times.
