We have reached the second half of the year and before we know it the year is reaching the end. Please make sure that you make time to do your wellness appointment for your maximum 15 000 fitness points, the fitness assessment can be done 5 months apart, if you have done one already this year and the 5 months has expired please make sure to contact Sonja Jordaan @ 021 975 3199 or sonjajo@ic.discovery.co.za to arrange your appointment.
CLICK HERE to download the list of wellness centres in South Africa, there is now new allocated centres around the Cape Peninsula to make the assessment easier. For the new centres refer to the list attached. We can arrange appointments at any of the centres on the list.
